Reviewing your application for publishing consideration
Communicating with you regarding the application

By submitting a Google Form, you provide your explicit consent for us to use your information for the purposes listed above.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@galactic-crows.com. Upon withdrawal, we will delete your personal data unless we are legally obligated to retain it.
We retain your submitted information only as long as needed for evaluating your publishing application or as required by applicable law. After that, your data will be securely deleted.
We use Google Forms for collecting submissions and rely on Google’s secure infrastructure for handling and storing data. Access to submissions is strictly limited to Galactic Crows staff involved in reviewing applications.
While we follow standard best practices to protect data, no online transmission is entirely secure. You accept this risk when submitting data electronically.
Our website is hosted using Google Sites, a platform managed by Google.
